Washing instructions can be found on the back of your garment. Bottom right corner. Please wash inside out with similar colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Medium heat iron. Do not dry clean. Do not iron on print. Stretch garment into shape when wet. For the sake of the planet, only wash when needed. Humaneight and Mother Earth thanks you.
We try to find the most suitable sustainable ways of production and shipping. We work with organic material, produce ethically in Türkiye, use biodegradable packaging and a lot more. We are not perfect in any way, but we aim to be at the forefront in all things sustainable. If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately at hello@humaneight.com. If we consider the products to be defective, we will replace the defective products by sending a new one. You will have to return the defective product to us.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. For online returns the refund can take up to 30 days.
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your online order, your shipping cost will not be refunded.
