  • What size should I buy?

    Your clothes, your rules. We encourage you to wear your clothes as you like. So measure carefully to order confidently. Good for you, for us and the environment. Please use our size guides on each garment page or email us at hello@humaneight.com if you have any questions or want extra assistance.

  • The product I’m looking for is out of stock. What do I do?

    We try to restock as fast as we can. And you can always send us an email to get the lastest news on arrival.

  • Can I request specific products?

    Yes. Please do. We love to get suggestions from our community. Use our questionnaire here or email us.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    +

    No, not right now. We are planning to launch this soon. Meanwhile, why not buy a garment instead? More fun for everyone. Including our team at the warehouse.

  • Do you offer sale items?

    Short answer: No. Long answer: No, we do not follow seasons or trends. We follow everyday life and we follow you. We aim to stay relevant over time and only introduce new products when we have developed something new based on new knowledge and feedback from you. But hey, we never say never at Humaneight.

  • Can you hold products for me?

    Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. The tracking is available in the shipping confirmation email that is sent to you when we ship your order.

  • Can I make any changes to my order or cancel it?

    Please contact us and we will try to assist you. No promises though but we will do our best.

• Shipping

  • What is the shipping cost?

    +

    Destination: Sweden. Postnord Service Point, cost from SEK 49, depending on weight, delivery time 1-3 business days.
    Destination: Rest of the World (outside Sweden) UPS Standard, cost from €7.50, delivery time 2-5 business days.

  • When will my order arrive?

    It depends on which delivery option you have chosen when placing your order. Normally it takes between 1-5 working days. Delivery time for pre-order items is specified on the relevant product page.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We presently deliver our products within the following territories; Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and South Korea. We strive to soon be able to deliver to other parts of the world as well. You can always send us and email at hello@humaneight.com. We'll try our best to see if we can find a way to assist you if you are in another region.

  • How can I track my shipment?

    Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you will be able to track your order. You will find all information in the email.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Normally between 1-5 working days depending on what delivery method you chose.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    You will be charged on the same day that you place your order.

• Washing & Care

  • How do I wash my Humaneight gear?

    Washing instructions can be found on the back of your garment. Bottom right corner. Please wash inside out with similar colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Medium heat iron. Do not dry clean. Do not iron on print. Stretch garment into shape when wet. For the sake of the planet, only wash when needed. Humaneight and Mother Earth thanks you.

• Sustainability

  • How do you contribute to more sustainable consumption?

    We try to find the most suitable sustainable ways of production and shipping. We work with organic material, produce ethically in Türkiye, use biodegradable packaging and a lot more. We are not perfect in any way, but we aim to be at the forefront in all things sustainable. It is something close to our hearts and what's the use of a neurodiverse world if there is no planet left to shine on. Suggestions on how to improve are always welcome, please send us an email. • Returns

  • How do I make a claim?

    If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately at hello@humaneight.com. If we consider the products to be defective, we will replace the defective products by sending a new one. You will have to return the defective product to us.

  • How do I get my refund?

    +

    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. For online returns the refund can take up to 30 days.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your online order, your shipping cost will not be refunded, and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

  • I paid with Klarna, how do I make a return?

    You can request a return through Klarna and the invoice will be paused until the return is processed.

  • I have no return form, what do I do?

    +

    Well you didn't get a return form in the first place. We do not like send stuff that might not be need, for you, us, the trees and our planet. But if you need a return form, please contact us at hello@humaneight.com and we will send you one digitally.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    All refunds that are processed can take up to 5 working days before the amount is back on your bank account.

  • Can I exchange items?

    +

    It is not possible to exchange the item. You will need to refund the item you want to change and place a new order.

  • How do I return an item?

    +

    Contact us for a return form and instructions at hello@humaneight.com and we'll take it from there. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded.
